Section 01

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and spincity44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the services made available at spincity44.cam and any associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces or downloadable applications.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any portion of the spincity44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.

spincity44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after published amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Section 02

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

• "Platform" The spincity44 website, mobile site, applications and all associated services accessible at spincity44.cam.
• "Account" The unique registered player account created upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Wager" / "Bet" Any funds staked by a User on a casino game, sporting event, live dealer table or other available betting market.
• "Bonus Funds" Non-withdrawable promotional credits awarded under an active spincity44 promotion, subject to wagering requirements before conversion.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age and payment source checks required under our compliance obligations.
• "Real Balance" Funds deposited by the User in MYR or equivalent, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to applicable conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" The total eligible betting turnover (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount) that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Territory" Any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.

Section 03

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active spincity44 account, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Minimum age. You must be at least 21 years of age. spincity44 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. This requirement applies regardless of the minimum legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
2. Legal capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
3. Jurisdictional lawfulness. Your use of the Platform must not contravene any law, regulation or government directive applicable to you. Users in Restricted Territories are not eligible.
4. Single account. You may hold only one registered account at any time. Multiple accounts, whether held personally or in conjunction with third parties, are prohibited.
5. Own-name registration. Your account must be registered in your own true legal name and with your own verified payment methods. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
6. Not self-excluded. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from spincity44 or from any recognised gambling exclusion scheme.

spincity44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any stage. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, access may be suspended and deposits returned minus any winnings accrued, in accordance with our KYC policy.

Section 04

Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. spincity44 strongly recommends using a unique password not shared with any other online service and enabling any available two-factor authentication.

All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify spincity44 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

spincity44 will never ask for your full password through any communication channel. Any contact claiming to represent spincity44 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Section 05

Terms of Use

You agree to use spincity44 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent closure:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an improper advantage.
• Employing automated scripts, bots or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any category, including poker and live dealer tables.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Using VPN, proxy or anonymising technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.

spincity44 employs fraud detection systems and reviews account activity regularly. We co-operate with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.

Section 06

Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods. spincity44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment channels, among others: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u (Maybank), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow and FPX. Supported cryptocurrency networks currently include BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20) and LTC. Method availability may change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is generally MYR 30 for e-wallet methods and MYR 100 for bank transfer methods, subject to revision. Specific limits displayed at the time of transaction govern.

6.3 Processing Times. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly under normal conditions. FPX and bank transfers typically require 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require the applicable number of blockchain confirmations and typically complete within 15 to 30 minutes, though delays are possible during periods of network congestion.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit or to verified accounts in the User's own name. Before any withdrawal is approved, outstanding KYC requirements must be satisfied. Withdrawal requests may take 1 to 5 business days to complete depending on the chosen method and any active verification review.

6.5 Currency. All balances, wagers and payouts are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed receipt.

Section 07

Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General. All promotions offered by spincity44 are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before derived winnings may be withdrawn. A typical requirement may be expressed as X10, X15 or X20, meaning the bonus amount multiplied by that factor. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with X15 wagering requires MYR 1,500 in eligible bets prior to withdrawal.

7.3 Maximum Bet. While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per round or event is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500, as stated in the relevant promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and voiding of associated winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution. Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Video slots typically contribute 100% of each bet, while table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette may contribute between 10% and 20%. Live dealer titles may carry separate contribution rates. The applicable contribution percentages are published within each promotion's specific terms.

7.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion, commonly 7, 14 or 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

7.6 One Bonus Per Account. Unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise, each eligible promotion may be claimed once per User, per household, per device and per shared IP address.

7.7 Maximum Cash-out. Certain promotions impose a ceiling on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Winnings above the stated cap are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the balance at the time of withdrawal request.

Responsible Gambling

spincity44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that a minority of players may develop harmful gambling behaviours and we take that possibility seriously.

8.1 Tools available. Registered users may request deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications and self-exclusion periods through the account settings or by contacting our support team. Requests for self-exclusion will be implemented within a reasonable period and may not be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed.

8.2 Under 21 prohibition. spincity44 will not knowingly permit any person under 21 years of age to register or maintain an account, use any service or participate in any promotion. Where underage use is detected or suspected, the account will be suspended immediately and the matter reviewed.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the spincity44 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software code and database structures, is the proprietary property of spincity44 or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used to create derivative works without express prior written consent from spincity44.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spincity44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or reputation damage.

spincity44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect service availability without advance notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 11

Termination and Suspension

spincity44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific promotion terms.
• Provision of fraudulent, inaccurate or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements mandating account closure.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach by the User, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the spincity44 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Section 12

Dispute Resolution

12.1 Initial resolution. Any dispute, claim or complaint arising in connection with the use of spincity44 should be submitted in the first instance to our customer support team at [email protected], with a clear description of the matter and any supporting evidence. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

12.2 Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved through initial support contact within a reasonable period, spincity44 will communicate the available escalation process to the User in writing.

12.3 No waiver. A failure by spincity44 to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right on any future occasion.

Section 13

Amendments

spincity44 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform or via registered email where practicable. The effective date published at the top of this document indicates the currently operative version.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment's effective date. Continued access to and use of the Platform after that date constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms.
